Let’s say you are interested in an item but you need some time to ask for a third party’s advice or you need to contact us before purchase.
When you complete the checkout process selecting “Book now. Pay later” as payment method, you can avoid that other clients buy the same item in the meanwhile.
You don’t pay anything but it will make the item disappear from the website during 24 hours.
Within this time you will have to contact us to confirm or annulate the order. Without news from your side the reservation will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours and the object will be republished online.
If you receive your order without damage, but you want to return your purchase for whatever reason, contact us within 15 days after the delivery using any of the contact channnels at your disposal. The return shipping costs are at your charge.
You will receive your money back once the item(s) are returned to us without damage. Shipping costs in your original order will not be refunded.
We take special care to protect all the items that we ship. Nevertheless, if you receive an item that is damaged or broken, contact us as soon as possible by email or Whatsapp and send some pictures.
You will be proposed a full refund or a compensation for the restoration costs if you decide to keep the item.
It is extremely rare, but sometimes postal services loose a parcel. Please contact us if the delay of delivery is anormally long. If the parcel is declared as lost, you will be refunded for the whole amount of your order.
Prices visible on our website include VAT tax.
Destinations outside European Union, may apply other costs such as customs or import duties, customs clearance and handling during the shipment of your order. If applicable these payments are at your charge and treated directly by you with third parties.
